Baby making time

Well it’s ‘get pregnant’ time – around CD14 – ovulation time for me. At least I think so. I have not taken my temperature in ages. But after 4 years of temping, with a consistent ovulation day of between CD12 and CD15. I think its safe to assume it is O time.

Of course, I have the flu – a vicious, body hurting flu. I am not taking drugs though. I refuse to jeopardise our chances of getting pregnant this cycle. Of course, Mean Me is mumbling about the number of sacrifices I have made in previous cycles (almost 5 years of them) – giving up wine and other spirits and chocolates and what nots, and still no baby. But we will banish Mean Me for now and suffer through this flu unmedicated.

I believe in doing things the natural way anyway – LOL – yeah as natural as you can get with doctors using instruments to help you get pregnant. At least I still have a sense of humour about all this – cynical as it may be.
