Get Pregnant Tip #2 (III): Lower High FSH to conceive with your own eggs
to Getpregnantblog.com Today we are continuing to talk about the dietary changes that can help lower your FSH so that you can conceive a baby with your own eggs.
You have cut out sugar, dairy and wheat. The next step is to stop eating cold foods – no foods straight out of the refrigerator – no frozen foods either. Similarly, no raw vegetables. Now this one might seem a bit strange because in the West we think eating salads full of lettuce and cucumbers and tomatoes are great for us. However, these foods are said to be energetically “cold” and thus not healthy for us, particularly if we are trying to conceive. So all veggies should be lightly cooked. Fruits such as coconut, dates, cherries, grapes and figs are particularly good. You can also eat potatoes, rice and oats.
If you eat meat, make certain that it is organic only. The steroids in non-organic meat have played a large role in elevating your FSH.
Follow these dietary principles for 3 months and then re-check your FSH and see if it helps you.
